El aguardiente viejo conlleva un proceso de maduración en barrica de roble americano de entre 7 – 8 años. Destaca por su agradable sabor al paladar y por su esencia.
Nota de cata: Color ámbar. Nariz con aromas suaves y elegantes. Boca se presenta delicado, con notas de toques especiados gracias al tiempo de maduración en barricas de roble.
Uso recomendado: Está especialmente recomendado para combinados, en los cuales se pueden apreciar los matices del añejamiento.
